Mr.Chitta Ranjan Pattanayak, a post graduate diploma professional in Management, is obtained training in Trainers’ Training in Entrepreneurship–EDII, Facilitators’ Training Programme in GOPP-GTZ/EDII, Cluster Development Executives’ Training-EDII/UNIDO and Master Trainers’ Training-Bangkok/ HP. Now Mr. Pattanaik is a Consultant in IMI, Bhubaneswar, earlier he was a Faculty in Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Programme Officer in Centre for Youth and Social Development, Bhubaneswar, Consultant in Central Tool room and Training Centre (CTTC) , Business Partner in M/s Mini Wires and Nails Products and Supervisor (Management Trainee) in Orissa Textiles Mills, Choudwar
Mr. Samarendra Sahu, is an officer belonging to 1983 batch of Indian Economic Service,
retired in September 2015, as Additional Development Commissioner, MSME in Ministry of MSME,
New Delhi. During his career, worked also in Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Commerceand
Industry in senior positions. He also worked in the states of Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh with a
field exposure of almost a decade in field outfits of Ministry of MSME, New Delhi.
Post retirement he worked as the Director General of Institute of Entrepreneurship Development,
Odisha on invitation from Government of Odisha. He was given the additional responsibility
of CEO Startup Odisha during his three-year stint from 2015 to 2018 with Government of Odisha.
He is currently working as Advisor to KIIT TBI, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar.
He has been actively associated with the promotion of entrepreneurship and startups during
his service period and post retirement.
He had his Masters and M.phil in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi
Mr.Barada P. Panigrahy has more than 15 years of experience in Entrepreneurship Development,
currently serving as Director, Incubation Centre at Sri Sri University. Prior to this; he was
the Regional Manager for National Entrepreneurship Network of Wadhwani Foundation, where he has
strengthened the entrepreneur ecosystems of Odisha and other eastern states by mentoring and
linking the budding and aspiring entrepreneurs to different stakeholders ofstartup ecosystem.
He has mentored more than 100 entrepreneurs in eastern states and has trained more than 1000
students and 200 faculty members of different engineering and management institutes on
Entrepreneurship Development. He has also trained and mentored budding entrepreneurs of Uganda,
Kenya and other South African countries on Agri-tech entrepreneurship.Pitch Labs and Investors’
Meets are organized by him at frequent intervals to support the budding entrepreneurs. He also
organizes successful and aspiring entrepreneurs’ Parents Meet to minimize the resistance from
family members of aspiring/budding entrepreneurs.
Mr.Panigrahy has sound knowledge on techniques of entrepreneurship such as Idea generation,
Idea Evaluation, (through Decision Matrix Analysis, Paired Comparison Analysis and 5 Q Framework),
Customer discovery (Segmentation, targeting, consumption chain mapping), Outcome Driven Innovation,
Value Proposition Design, Competition Analysis, Blue Ocean strategy for Startups, Enterprise marketing,
MVP and Prototyping, etc.
He has been trained on Entrepreneurship Development by MANAGE, Ministry of Agricultureand by
Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Govt. of India. He is an Honorary Advisor
to African Innovation Entrepreneurship Centre, which supports more than 7000 entrepreneurs in Africa.
Mr. Barada has been recognized as Living Legend for youth inspirationand also has been recognized as a
Master Trainer in the area of Entrepreneurship Development.
Dr. Mahendra P.Agasty, working as an Associate Professor at Silicon Institute of Technology in
the Department of Basic Science and Humanities. He holds Ph.D in Analytical and Applied Economics
from Utkal University, India. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience in the areas of
Economics and Entrepreneurship. He is the key person behind the establishment of Entrepreneurship
Development Cell and Incubation Centre at Silicon Institute of Technology. He is prsently heading
the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Silicon Incubation centre at Silicon Institute of Technology.
He has conducted dozens of training programmes in the areas of innovation, idea generation, marketing,
fund raising and startup. He has organized more than 60 entrepreneurship Awareness camps, three Faculty
Development programmes, two Entrepreneurs Development Programmes and two skill development programmes.
He was the president of Institute’s Innovation Council for the year 2018-19 constituted by MIC (MHRD Innovation Cell,
Govt. of India). He is also Innovation Ambassador of IIC formed by MIC. He is working day in and day out
to make the Entrepreneurship Development Cell and Silicon Incubation Centre a grand success and trying to
attract the youth to the sphere of entrepreneurship through all such initiatives. He has also taken initiative
in establishing Entrepreneurship Development Cell at diffident institutes in the state.
Other than this he has more than 20 research publications in reputed national and international journals. He has also
published two text books in the areas of Economics.
Mr.Sakyasingha Mahapatra is a First generation Serial Robotics Entrepreneur who is focus on building

Mr.Supriyo Mahapatra is a Partner with Utkal Law Chambers and manages the

He specialises in corporate and commercial litigations, particularly,
insolvency and bankruptcy, shareholders’ disputes, real estate litigations,
minority investors’ protection, contract enforcement, consumer protection and
arbitration. He regularly conducts due-diligence for various entities.
He also covers non litigation and transaction business covering mergers,
acquisitions and take- overs, joint- ventures, PE investments, legal audits and due
diligence exercises, conveyancing and real estate transaction, and drafting of commercial agreements.

Mr.Debasis Mohapatra works as Team Leader cum State Project Manager at Odisha Livelihood Mission, PR & DW department. He has been working for last 27 years with several international agencies i.e. Traidcraft, Technoserve, UNDP, Oxfam GB, CARE in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India and Kenya for enterprise promotion, poverty reduction among vulnerable communities etc. His expertise includes managing disaster rehabilitation, nutrition to livelihood promotion for small holders' through community institution building and collective market access. He is a graduate in agriculture from OUAT, Bhubaneswar and Post graduate in Rural Management from XIM Bhubaneswar and PhD scholar from KIIT.
